Names of Posts: Home Guard Volunteer

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 years and 35 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-06-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates who are VIII class pass outs from any recognized institute and have the minimum required physical standard are eligible to apply.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Physical Measurement, Physical Efficiency Test and Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and send it along with two self addressed envelopes with Rs. 5/- stamp each affixed and Copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, Chairman Enrolment Committee, Kolkata Police Home Guard Organisation, Post Box No – 483, GPO, Kolkata – 700001 on or before 15 days from the date of notification.
